Put a few drops of body oil on the palm of your hand and rub it between your hands to warm it up briefly.

Apply the warm oil to damp or dry skin and gently massage in. Applying it to damp skin has the advantage of trapping the tiny water droplets in the oil, helping to optimally hydrate the skin.
