To refill the pump bottle: 1. Hold the cap firmly at the base of the refill port as shown in the illustration, and slowly turn the cap in the direction of the arrow to open. 2. 2. Insert the refill tip into the bottle, secure it in place, hold it with both hands as shown in the illustration, and slowly pour the product into the bottle. To completely drain out the remaining liquid, fold the bottle from the bottom of the product and squeeze out the liquid. Place the container on a flat surface and refill.
