It’s rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, which are excellent for your skin. Tallow is also an excellent source of niacin, vitamins B6, B12, K2, selenium, iron, phosphorus, potassium and riboflavin. Tallow is very similar chemical makeup to our own skins oils which makes it melt in like butter.
