Let\'s meet our artist:

I am Geethanjali(Anjali), a ceramic artist living in New Jersey. I am passionate about creating and always been drawn to it. I started my pottery journey in 2021. The simple thought of leaving a piece of my creation that will continue to exist and serve a purpose even after my existence fascinated me about Pottery. 

I make functional and decorative pottery. Throwing and hand building are some of the techniques I follow to make them. Having a vision and watching it come to my life is the most amazing thing about creating pots. Each piece is made with intention and is one of a kind. It’s so wonderful that I get to create and share it with the people who appreciate them.

Experimenting and learning new forms of pottery keeps me excited. Every day is a new challenge, an opportunity, and a lesson in pottery. That’s what I love the most about it. Clay has slowly become an integral part of my life and I can’t imagine myself doing anything better than creating with clay.
