Overall very good condition with a few small blemishes to the fabric. The original knit fabric is also in superb condition with only one small stain that is less than an inch in length (which can be seen in the photos provided) but otherwise devoid of rips, odors or any other discoloration. The the table top has only light scratches. The seats and table top are moveable and can easily be rearranged to fit any desired set up. This versatile modular bench is extremely comfortable, structurally sound and ready for decades more of use.
