  For a cool or warm massage, immerse the gold plated, zinc alloy metal Concentrate Neck Massager into either ice or warm water.

  
  

Caring for the neck and jawline:

1. 
   

   Slide the wider surface of the massager along the contours of the face (jawline), from below the chin to below the ear. (Three times each in the left and right.)

   Slide the wider surface of the massager from above the neck to below it, towards the collarbone. (Three times each in the left and right.)

   
   

Caring for the collarbone area:
