SOLITUDE is hand carved from a lovely, varied piece of New Zealand Pounamu. Lots of colour and character reflecting the ground it formed in. SOLITUDE is unique in its colours, and in the binding and finish.

WHY YOU WOULD WEAR A TOKI....

The toki, or adze, is a symbol of strength. The adze was a key survival tool, so the owner of a good one was believed to be strong and powerful. They were used to carve ocean-going waka (sea canoes) and to build central meeting houses so they played a central role in traditional life of māori.

The toki is traditionally worn for strength and courage - to assist through life\'s challenges.
