The MRCOOL DIY® 5th Gen ENERGY STAR® 9,000 BTU Single-Zone Mini Split Complete System is a ductless heating and cooling solution designed for true do-it-yourself installation. Engineered to eliminate the need for specialized HVAC tools or professional installation, this system includes a factory-pre-charged QuickConnect® line set and DIYPRO® cable, allowing homeowners to install the system without handling refrigerant or performing vacuuming. It is ideal for providing year-round comfort in smaller spaces such as bedrooms, home offices, and bonus rooms.
This Energy Star certified system utilizes advanced inverter technology and eco-friendly R-454B refrigerant to deliver reliable cooling in warmer months and efficient heating during cooler seasons. The indoor wall-mounted air handler operates quietly while evenly distributing conditioned air, ensuring consistent comfort without disruptive noise.
Designed with convenience in mind, the system supports multiple operating modes including heat, cool, dry, and fan. Built-in Wi-Fi connectivity allows control through the SmartHVAC™ app, as well as compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
