This system, which attains up to a 21.2 SEER2 rating as well as an HSPF2-4 rating of 8.7, makes the simple yet effective switch from R-410A to R-454B. This significantly increases the overall performance and sustainability of the system, because R-454B has a GWP (global warming potential) that is around 80% less than the previous refrigerant.
