TheAtrix Omega Supreme HEPA Cleanroom Vacuums are fantastic for clean areas, pharmaceutical, medical, and electronic applications. Atrix Omega Supreme Plus H13 HEPA Cleanroom vacuums are rated for class 100,000 ISO8 cleanrooms. They’re ESD-safe vacuums with dual HEPA filtration and built-in electronic line filters to minimize EMI and RFI noise emissions.

This effective vacuum features HEPA pre-motor and HEPA post-motor filtration, a 1,000-hour rated Amatek Advantek II motor, and a ten-foot detachable power cord. The one-gallon HEPA filter is 99.97% efficient at filtering debris at 0.3 microns or more and includes three layers of 56-pleat media. Those three layers consist of two glass layers and one cellulose layer. The HEPA filter captures dust, debris, and hazardous materials.

The tool box structure and self-contained accessories make this vacuum convenient for the operator when using, transporting, and storing. This product comes with several accessories, a ten-foot ESD safe stretch hose, and ESD safe flexible gooseneck tool. It also comes with a non-ESD utility nozzle and an adjustable shoulder strap for easy carry.

To operate this vacuum, release the two front fasteners and open the lid. Remove the hose, power cord, and attachment from the cover storage area. Slide one end of the super flex hose into the filter cartridge. Attach the appropriate accessories onto the hose, and plug the female end of the power cord into the receptacle on the vacuum. Close the lid and latch it securely, then plug the power cord into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded in accordance with local codes and ordinances. Turn on the power switch.

These vacuums have a factory-installed resettable Thermal Cutout for added operator and motor safety. If the unit gets too hot, the vacuum will shut down for approximately 20 minutes. Turn the power switch into the off position, and check to see if the hose is clogged or you need to install a new filter. Correct the issue and turn the vacuum back on.
