HOT ! Sea Goddess

The tribal sea goddess choker. A primordial and ancient adornment that features THREE styles in ONE design.

This timeless design is inspired by the Mesolithic cowrie shell beads discovered on Oronsay; representing the oldest evidenced jewellery of Scotland and taps into the connection our ancient ancestors had with the sea on the West Coast of Scotland where I grew up.

Shells held precious value and cultural significance to the early coastal communities in Scotland (and around the world). And continue to hold spiritual significance connecting us with the sea spirits and moon’s influence; offering vast amount of wisdom, intuition and psychic connection to the spirit world.. They serve as powerful symbols of protection, resilience, fertility and the interconnectedness of all living things.

One of my favourite aspects of this design is the ethereal medicine music and vibrations this piece offers in movement. It taps into an ancient energy that is so difficult to describe in words.
