Just over 5/8” (0.67”) height plus the suspension loop. Made by the open face mold method. Broad heart of rounded form with pierced stylized heart top, over raised relief heart. Three hearts in one! Made by the open mold technique. Some wear from use and surface texture from burial. The heart stood for bravery, fortitude, loyalty, integrity, all attributes of the Viking warrior. It is abundantly referenced in Viking literature. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold surface restored on an 18” gilt neck chain for modern wear. Gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity.
