Bromic Platinum 500 vs 300

Bromic Platinum Smart-Heat is available in two different models, 500 and 300.

Bromic Platinum 500 is the more popular of the two because it provides more heat while taking up the same amount of space.

Bromic Platinum 300 is a solid less expensive solution for most residential areas that usually don\'t need as much heat as commercial patios.

These powerful heaters can heat up to 160 to 215 sq. ft. of space in optimum conditions. Heat area dependent on ambient temperature and wind. Optimum conditions are experienced at approx 60°F and in a low wind-covered environment.

Actual heat output will depend on several factors, particularly for outdoor installation. Ambient temperature, wind conditions, mounting height, and patio setup should be considered. 

Bromic offers a wireless control option that allows you to control your heater with a click of a button. Control up to four gas heaters, and turn them on/off, from up to 100 feet away with the Wireless On/Off Switch.

To control your Bromic Platinum on your smartphone, add the Affinity On/Off Smart-Heat Control. An expander board is required to integrate the Affinity Control accessories with your smart home automation system or business management system.

Platinum Heating recommends running power and gas lines, to the heater, inside an optional ceiling pole to reduce visibility and the likelihood of damage.
