Anaerobically fermented with cherries for 7 days and then washed and dried on raised beds, this wild special release boasts juicy tasting notes of tangerine along with cherry and rounded out with a dark chocolate-like finish.
This coffee is called Typica Mejorado, a rare variety developed in Ecuador which originated from a Nestlé experimental farm, where Ethiopian genetics were crossed with a locally grown Typica.
The producers of this coffee have built a reputation for exceptional quality, with multiple Cup of Excellence top 10 finishes, and a 1st place win in 2022!
