Known as sweetheart bracelets, expansion bracelets originated during the Victorian era and became extra popular during the first and second world wars when departing American soldiers would give these bracelets to their sweethearts as a token of their love. This one is gold-filled and features a beautiful flower in a rectangle shape, set with synthetic amethyst stones in the flower center.

  Design: Antique expansion bracelet with open rectangle face and rhinestone flower inside. Alternating rose gold and yellow gold links all the way around, engraved and stunning.

  Dimensions: 6.5\" when not expanded, but can stretch to over 9\"; Rectangle is 1.25\" long by 3/4\" wide.
