A Sterling Silver Hamsa Necklace Set with a Colorful Lab-Created Opal

Discovered in a vintage lot of 1990s Israeli-made jewelry, this lovely sterling silver hamsa necklace is decorated with single, colorful lab-created opal.  The round opal flashes with vibrant green colors that shift to subtle blue, yellow, and orange depending on the light.  Measuring almost 1.5 inches from the top of the bail to the bottom of the longest finger by just over three-quarters of an inch wide, the traditional icon makes a visible statement without being too loud.
