Circa 1880\'s, a piece inspired by what we now call the Aesthetic Movement; an eye-catching and heavy antique book-linked chain in Silver. Gorgeously smooth and tactile, the stunning design is wonderfully worked so that the oval links sit beautifully around the base of the neck; an exquisite and superior example of its kind and one which has a fabulously modern and industrial vibe.
The whole measures 17 inches end to end and fastens with a very lovely (and cleverly made) hidden box clasp. The central link has a chunky ring to the back which can easily hold your favourite pendant or locket.
