Introducing the Carapace barrette, a luxury piece designed by our creative studio in Paris and handcrafted in our workshops in the Jura region. This accessory is entirely Made in France. Made from a combination of acetates in 3 colors that were specifically created for this collection, the Carapace hair clip showcases a complex milling technique that plays with layers and volumes. This technique creates the appearance of a shell, drawing inspiration from the enchanting realm of mythical creatures. The clip features our Vogue-acclaimed anti-slip mechanism, which protects the hair and prevents from slipping. 

MATERIAL

The Carapace barrette is made of Italian cellulose acetate, an eco-friendly material derived from cotton flowers. It is biodegradable and smooth on the hair.

SIZE & STYLING

The hair clip measures 8.5cm (3 1/3\"), an ideal length for medium to very thick hair. The barrette can be worn as a half-up ponytail on short hair, and as a ponytail on medium to very long hair. For more advice, see our size guide.
