Buff your natural nails using the finer side of the nail file (included).-STEP 2: Push back cuticles, then select the best fitting nail for each finger and set aside in order.-STEP 3: Apply glue/sticky tabs (included) to the back of your Runzie Nail.-STEP 4: Place your Runzie Nail slightly under your cuticle for a seamless, natural look. Press down firmly for 30+ seconds using your thumb. Ensure the entire nail is covered and receiving pressure.-STEP 5: If needed, use more glue and pressure to avoid air pockets.HOW TO REMOVE & REAPPLY-STEP 1: Never force or pull off.-STEP 2: Soak your hands in hot water mixed with soap and a little bit of cooking oil for 10-20 minutes.-STEP 3: Use your cuticle stick (included) to gently lift off your Runzie Nail from the base of your nails.-STEP 4: Remove the remaining adhesive from your Runzie Nail and store them back to the acrylic case. 

To reapply, simply follow the steps above and done!
