Clean surface with denatured alcohol prior to painting. The surface must be clean, dry, and void of any foreign article and material such as dirt, oil, grease or other contaminates.2. Avoid painting dark colors in area of direct sunlight.General brands such as Sherwin Williams, Behr, Glide, etc. are all suitable.3. Always use paint with Light Reflective Value (LRV) of 55 orhigher.4. If paint darker color (LRV of 54 or lower), Vinyl safe paintor paints specifically designed for such application mustbe used.4. Latex can take 2-4 days to dry so avoid exposing to dew, high humidity, moisture, or rain shortly after you have painted the door hanger. Paint must be completely dry before installation.5.
