The first pavilion was built in 1885. The Pavilion chair, designed by Andersen & Voll, references its own ability to endure. The challenge here was to design a stackable chair to be used by the masses in the iconic and versatile Langelinie Pavilion. The Pavilion chair has an airy feel, with slim arms and legs that give it a light appearance.
