Hamasho Anaerobic has been one of our long-standing crew favorites, and it\'s back for the third year in a row!The anaerobic natural process, paired with the 74158 Ethiopia heirloom varietal, beautifully accentuates the presence of tropical fruit in the cup. It begins with a light, subdued mouthfeel and finishes with crisp, clean clarity.Hamasho Anaerobic is a perfect example of how a single bean can express a range of flavour tones, simply through a change in processing method. This is the same coffee as the Daye Bensa Hamasho Natural, but processed with the extra anaerobic stage during the processing.

Nestled in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, Daye Bensa is a name that resonates with excellence in specialty coffee. With high-altitude farms ranging from 1,900 to 2,300 meters above sea level, this producer is known for cultivating coffee that’s as vibrant as the landscape it comes from.



Daye Bensa focuses on heirloom Ethiopian varietals and uses both natural and washed processing methods to highlight the vivid flavor notes characteristic of the region—think juicy tropical fruits, floral aromatics, and sparkling acidity. Beyond quality, Daye Bensa is committed to sustainability, traceability, and empowering local farming communities.
