The buttons were made from recycled porcelain by Sayaka Hayashi, a ceramic artist from Tanba Sasayama.

Because they are handmade, each one is unique and contains different amounts of charcoal.
Since it is made of porcelain, it will last for 100 years unless it breaks.

Fabric description

The warp threads are linen and the weft threads are a linen-wool blend, resulting in a carefully woven dobby weave (herringbone pattern).The carefully woven kibata (before dyeing or finishing processes) is then refined and dyed in a relaxed state over time, and carefully washed to create a fabric with a fluffy, supple elasticity, the moist texture of wool, and an elegant, high-quality feel, while retaining the original firmness of linen without damaging the texture of the kibata itself.
