クラシックなジーンズを起点に、職人の手と立体設計によって再構築された、Banteの3Dワイドレッグジーンズ。

生地には、岡山・児島の地で織られた上質な日本製デニムを使用。選び抜かれた素材と番手を用い、熟練の職人が一点一点、丁寧に縫製しています。

最大の特徴は、脇から膝にかけて描かれた緩やかなカーブライン。膝部分に立体的なボリュームを持たせることで、脚の動きに沿い、穿いた瞬間から身体に馴染む3Dシルエットを生み出しました。

正面から見るとワイドで存在感のある佇まい。一方、横から見るとすっきりとした細身の印象を持つ、平面的なパターンでは表現できない立体的なジーンズです。

縫製には、Banteならではのステッチワークを随所に採用。負荷のかかる箇所には、上糸6番・下糸20番の太番手糸を使用し、高い耐久性を確保しています。帯や前立て、ポケット周りなどの細部には細番手の糸を使い分け、奥行きのある美しい表情を与えました。

芯にポリエステル、外側に綿糸を巻いたコア糸による縫製は、糸切れしにくく、長く穿き続けられる強さを備えながら、穿き込むほどにデニムとともにステッチの経年変化も楽しめます。

大量生産では決して生まれない、手間と誠実さ。このジーンズは、ただの衣服ではなく、日本のクラフトマンシップを体現した一本です。

Starting from the foundation of classic jeans, Bante’s 3D Wide-Leg Jeans are re-engineered through skilled craftsmanship and three-dimensional pattern design.

The fabric is premium Japanese denim, woven in Kojima, Okayama—an area renowned for its denim heritage. Carefully selected materials and yarn counts are used, and each pair is meticulously sewn by experienced artisans, one by one.

The defining feature is the gentle curved line that runs from the side seam to the knee. By creating three-dimensional volume at the knee, the jeans follow the natural movement of the legs, producing a 3D silhouette that feels comfortable and familiar from the moment you put them on.

From the front, the jeans present a bold, wide silhouette with strong presence. From the side, they appear clean and streamlined—an expressive, sculptural form that cannot be achieved with flat patternmaking alone.

Throughout the construction, Bante’s signature stitch work is carefully applied. High-stress areas are reinforced with thick thread—No. 6 for the upper thread and No. 20 for the lower—ensuring exceptional durability. In contrast, finer threads are used for details such as the waistband, fly, and pocket areas, creating depth and refined visual nuance.

The use of core-spun thread, with a polyester core wrapped in cotton, provides excellent resistance to thread breakage and long-term strength. At the same time, both the denim and the stitching develop beautiful character with wear, allowing you to enjoy their aging process together.
