Started in 2003 based in Kurashiki City, Okayama Prefecture. They create hats that change color and age with each wear by mixing old-fashioned work, military, vintage, and dead stock items.


Functional Ultra-High Density Material
They use 100% cotton high-performance material. It has excellent properties of blocking external water droplets and allowing internal water vapor to escape.

Woven with 40/2 cotton yarn, it\'s made using a gabardine fabric used as a luxury material, pushing the density limits that weaving machines can achieve.

This fabric is developed as a waterproof fabric for the British Air Force pilots, it\'s also used for Japan\'s Defense Agency\'s maritime rescue suits due to its functionality. It\'s 100% cotton yet withstands hard use, offering waterproof and high repellency, as well as breathability and ventilation.

Moreover, the fabric surface in direct contact with the skin provides a refreshing feel incomparable to coatings or synthetic fibers. The fabric thickness is just right, not too thin or too thick, suitable for long-season use.
