Shipping:Shipping is a Flat Rate on this item to a Commercial address. If you will need any special delivery requirements including a Residential delivery, liftgate or prior notice before delivery, please let us know immediately upon purchase so we can get that arranged. If you want to pick it up yourself, just let us know and we will re-invoice you without the shipping. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing. IMPORTANT - It is your responsibility to inspect all shipments for damage BEFORE YOU SIGN for the shipment. If the item has minor damage, you need to document the damage with photos and notes on the delivery receipt. If the damage is substantial - refuse the shipment! DO NOT SIGN for the item - Take plenty of photos and alert us immediately. We generally insure the shipment for the value of the item, but it is IMPORTANT that you understand we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. It is your responsibility to handle any freight damage claims through the shipping company.Returns: Our number one goal is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases so they will come back next time. But we simply cannot accept returns on items shipped via Freight, or after they have been picked up from our facility, due to the many factors out of our control.
