Its front-breathing design allows for built-in installation, while the fully finished jet black cabinet allows freestanding use. The glass door features an attractive seamless stainless steel trim and pro-style handle, while a designer kickplate completes the look and a front lock offers convenient security. This unit has a right-hand door swing. For a left hand version, see the CL156BVLHD. This unit can be paired with the matching CL155WC/LHD wine cellar to create a side-by-side set. Inside, the CL156BV includes three adjustable slide-out glass shelves to accommodate a variety of sizes. Automatic defrost operation offers low-maintenance operation, with fan-forced cooling to ensure even temperature distribution from top to bottom. The interior digital control panel includes a digital thermostat for easy and intuitive operation, with a readout in Celsius or Fahrenheit. White LED lighting helps to attractively illuminate the black interior for an attractive view to store and display your items. Additional features include a temperature memory function to restore set temperature in the case of power loss and Sabbath mode which disables certain functions during periods of religious observance. A built-in alarm audibly warns if the door is left ajar or if the unit rises or falls out of the recommended temperature range. Two level legs help to balance the unit on uneven surfaces.The CL156BV is ETL-S listed to NSF-7 commercial standards and meets UL-471. It also complies with current Department of Energy standards for residential use.
