The Broil King Regal Pellet 400 is a versatile pellet smoker grill built for serious outdoor cooking. It combines consistent pellet-fueled heat with smart digital controls, making it a great fit for any outdoor kitchen.

This grill gives you 690 square inches of total cooking space. That includes 500 square inches of main grilling area and 130 square inches on the warming rack. The cast iron cooking grids hold heat well and sear food evenly.

The 22-pound pellet hopper lets you cook for hours without refilling. Whether you\'re smoking brisket, grilling burgers, or roasting chicken, this pellet grill holds a steady temperature between 200°F and 600°F.

You can control and monitor your cook with the Broil King app. It connects via Wifi or Bluetooth and works with the two included meat probes. You can check temps from your phone without lifting the lid.

A stainless steel rotisserie kit is included. It comes with a motor, spit rod, and forks. That means slow-roasting whole chickens or pork shoulders is simple—no need to buy extras.

The grill is made from 2mm thick steel. It has a double-wall lid with an oven-style gasket to retain heat. The steel firebox is built to handle long cooks and high heat.

Cleanup is straightforward. The ash management system uses an agitator to move ashes into a removable collector. The drip tray and grease pan are easy to take out and line with disposables. No need to reach inside the firepot.

The Regal Pellet 400 fits well in outdoor kitchens and backyard BBQ setups. It’s built to last, simple to operate, and delivers steady heat for grilling, smoking, and roasting.
