This Frymaster PSDU100 Shortening Disposal Unit is ideal for transporting waste oil from the kitchen. Its innovative low center gravity design allows it to remain consistently stable during transportation and operation. Its heavy-duty manual pump removes up to 50 lb. of oil in less than 60 minutes. Its one-way check valve ensures an easy pumping process, while its convenient 9-5/8\" height allows it to fit under most fryers for direct draining. This PSDU100 includes new high-strength 6\" wheels for easy transport even across rough terrains such as parking lots. These wheels also make it possible to roll the Shortening Disposal Unit with no lifting required. Note: Oil should be cooled to 120°F or less for safe, trouble-free disposal.
