It has a 6.5 cu. ft. capacity, allowing it to easily store its twelve 1/6 pans. This AMT28R has a self-closing solid hinged door and a single wire shelf. Its cutting board is 9\" deep, providing operators with plenty of space to chop, slice, dice, and prepare vegetables and fruits. Its digital display is easy to read and its digital controls are easy to operate. This Sandwich/Salad Prep Table has a durable stainless steel front and sides. Its interior includes a white ABS liner and a stainless steel floor. It comes with a set of four 3\" casters; two are locking.
