Product Overview
The Blaze 20″ Cast Aluminum Kamado Grill is a premium charcoal cooker built for exceptional durability, heat retention, and long-term outdoor performance. Its heavy-duty cast aluminum body, stainless steel cooking components, and precision venting system deliver the versatility kamado grills are known for in a design that resists cracking, gasket wear, and many of the long-term issues common with ceramic models.
This kamado features a 20-inch stainless steel hex-shaped cooking grid, a hinged cooking surface for adding charcoal or wood during use, a pre-installed lid hinge with lift assist, and a cast molded exhaust cap for precise airflow control. The tongue-and-groove lid sealing design eliminates the commonly used gasket, while the innovative seal helps maintain excellent heat retention with minimal seepage.

Installation & Use Notes
- This grill is for outdoor use only. Never use it in an enclosed or partially enclosed space.
- Maintain at least 48″ clearance from the sides, front, and back to combustible materials.
- Built-in applications must be installed in non-combustible materials only.
- Allow airflow to the lower draft door; unrestricted airflow is critical to performance and safety.
- If built into an island, allow approximately 8″ behind the grill for lid opening, though that does not replace required clearance to combustibles.
- Never move the grill by lifting on the hinge. Use 2–3 people when moving the unit.
- Before opening the lid during cooking, fully open both vents, crack the lid open 1–2″ for 5–10 seconds, then lift slowly to reduce flashback risk.
