  Barrels are scraped and sanded inside to solid oak, then sealed to lock in any remaining char dust—eliminating odor and dust issues common with other makers.

  The exterior is sanded smooth and finished with a matte polyurethane topcoat for durability and a splinter-free finish.

  Shelves are crafted from 3/4” edge-banded solid oak plywood—the same wood used to make the barrels—for superior strength and seamless design.

  Our shelves feature a two-tone stain technique, lighter on the inside and darker on the outside, for a refined look.

  Doors are reinforced with internal wood bracing in addition to metal rings, preventing sagging or stave separation as the barrel ages.
