Carefully processed through a fully washed method and naturally sun-dried on patios for 8 to 14 days, each bean is then meticulously stored for one month to stabilize water molecules, ensuring optimal flavor development.

Our coffee undergoes a rigorous sorting process, starting with 14+ screen selection on our farm, followed by advanced Oliver and Magic Eye sorting at Coyote Specialty Coffee. This attention to detail results in an espresso-ready bean with a minimal 5 defects per European export standards.
